They just wave or tap their contactless card or WayneTRAC transponder on the front bezel's "landing zone" and within moments both audio and visual acknowledgements indicate their payment is being authorized. In addition to offering easy customer use, contactless payment technology integrates smoothly into retailer environments and meets industry protocols. It is based on the ISO 14443 RFID standards and endorsed by major card associations. Versions are available to support all major card association protocols. Upgradeable firmware also allows you to add protocols in the future. Plus, RFID technology reads multiple form factors from WayneTRAC key fobs and standard cards to mini cards and more.

Delivers secure payment transactions

Contactless payment technology integrates with your existing magnetic stripe reader so transactions are processed through the same proven network you are already using for credit payments. Not only does the new technology offer fast transaction rates, the stringent protocols provide improved transaction security over magnetic stripe processing. And it removes the need for additional cardholder verification such as PIN entry or signatures, which can slow your customers down.
